Important:  Before using the Medi Body Packs on scars or injuries it is recommended to open energy flow to your hands and feet.  They are called "The Four Downloads."  Any time a Medi Body Pack is used on a scar or injury, toxins are released internally and "downloaded" to the hands and feet for removal.  If these downloads are not opened, the toxins may jam and recirculate throughout the body.  Other important procedures to follow:

• If you would like to use a Medi Body Pack on multiple sites, do not do more than 3 areas in one day.  Otherwise you may release too many toxins at once.  This may result in headaches and tiredness.
