Body Rolling

YamunaŽ Body Rolling is health, fitness and massage rolled into one! It's a revolutionary approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It consists of a series of routines using 6 to 10-inch balls. Unlike other ball exercises, YBRŽ goes far beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. YamunaŽ Body Rolling reeducates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body. It also serves as a foundational technique that prepares the body and enhances the effectiveness of other practices including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, martial arts or any other type of workout.

YamunaŽ Body Rolling is an innovative self-care technique developed by Yamuna Zake, the creator of YamunaŽ Body Logic.
