  • PILATES Taught by Mia Scheid
    Join this exciting Pilates Class and learn
    the essentials of the classical Pilates
    exercise phenomenon.
    You will develop long and lean, toned and functional muscles to improve your flexibility and strength!
    This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
    $150 per 6 week session!*
    Next Session begins Thurs January 9, 2010
    Thru Saturday Feb 6
    *CHOOSE ONE CLASS PER WEEK!
    THURSDAYS 9:30am-10:30am

  • STRETCH - BREATH - MEDITATE
    6 inspiring classes offering a contemporary approach to stretching, breathing and relaxing. It is designed as an easy-to follow program for all ages and fitness levels. This class is ideal for beginners as well as those interested in cross training, injury recovery or exercise therapy. It is moderately challenging without being intimidating, allowing each student to work at their own level. Will quietly and expertly lead you through stretch and breathing techniques that release bodily tension, improve posture, and open up breathing.

  • Winter Cleanse and Detoxification
