Come learn about Pilates from our expert instructors! Our complimentary
class is designed to introduce potential Pilates students to the benefits of
the classical Pilates repertoire. Our world-class instructors will provide an
introduction to Pilates techniques and guide attendees through key strengthening
and stretching exercises.
This introductory class is suitable for individuals at all levels of fitness.
