Pilates Private & Semi-Private Classes
A personal training session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance. The instructor devotes undivided attention to a student’s specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results.
These sessions usually begin with a warm-up on the mat, but a variety of Pilates equipment can be explored as well. It is worthwhile to invest in a few lessons especially when you are starting out or have special needs that need to be address before attending group classes. We offer introductory packages for new clients.
Students can establish an understanding and competence in the fundamental Pilates principles through one-on-one focus and feedback, and then branch out from there to our group classes.
ONLY ADVANCED STUDENTS ARE OFFERED PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE CLASSES. CALL 847-397-2787 TO SCHEDULE your private or semi private lessons.
