YamunaŽ Body Rolling is health, fitness and massage rolled into one! It's a revolutionary
approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It consists
of a series of routines using 6 to 10-inch balls. Unlike other ball exercises, YBRŽ goes far
beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create
suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. YBRŽ reeducates muscles and stimulates
bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body. It also serves as a foundational technique
that prepares the body and enhances the effectiveness of other practices including Pilates, yoga,

YamunaŽ Body Rolling Certification Workshops
Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to YamunaŽ Body Rolling, you will be
empowered by these workshops. Phase I is a two-day session that emphasizes the experiential
part of YBRŽ. Participants will learn the history of YBRŽ, the basic theory and philosophy,
how to safely use the equipment, basic teaching methods, and how to do the basic routines in
their own bodies. Phase II emphasizes teaching and hands-on assists as it goes deeper into
the basic routines, adds some more advanced routines, and teaches how to create class routines.

YamunaŽ Body Rolling certification courses are approved by the National Certification Board
for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as continuing education course under category A.
