I’m working from 7 am to 5 pm so I have to get up earlier then most to get started.

I’m excited about teaching my Pilates Mat Certification class Saturday from noon to 5 pm.

5:30 am:

  1. Awake…
  2. Eye Exercises<

  3. Decide who I want to ‘be’ today… Loving… Kind… Patient… Positive… A good listener… Accepting…
  4. Exercise: 5 minutes on the rebounder, side bends for my waist line – 100 x, Hand exercises – Open/Close 100 x

5:45 am:

  1. Weigh myself
  2. Brush and floss my teeth..
  3. Take my Probiotics and DHA which sits next to my toothbrush.
  4. Step on my Foot Savers while I brush my teeth.
  5. Dress for work… Bring workout clothes to teach in…

Make my waters to take with me and sip all day — 4 liters

  1. Nano’s (I premix these)
    1. 1 tsp each Co Q Quinol, DHLA, SNGT (Optional)
    2. 2 tsp each Max Stress B, LND and GBND
    3. Pink Salt Water (Electrolytes)
      1. 1 tsp
      2. Greens Mix Water (Vitamins and minerals)
        1. 1 tsp Greens Mix Powder
        2. 1 drop Peppermint oil (Optional)
        3. Plain pure water

Make my meal replacement shake – add to my Magic Bullet cup/container and mix . I drink about half and take the rest with me.

  1. 5 ice cubes
  2. ½ cup of blueberries
  3. 1 cup of Organic almond milk
  4. 1 raw Organic Cage Free egg
  5. 1 tsp EFA Oil
  6. 1 tsp Flax Oil
  7. 3 drops of D3
  8. ¼ cup Brooming Powder
  9. Water to fill to top of container
  10. Take my morning supplements

Make my pH balancing drink – Mix and drink

  1. ½ tsp Coral Legend
  2. 1 oz Aloe Drink
  3. ¼ to ½ cup of Orange Juice

Take my Brooming Powder with me so I can drink it before I teach my Mat Certification class. It will be sustaining and wont take away my energy as eating sometimes can.

5:00 pm Finish working

Stop by Valley Produce to buy Young Coconuts… Yummy… Cant wait to get home to make my coconut drink:

  1. Cut the top off of the Young Coconut
  2. Pour the coconut water into a blender
  3. Use a strong spoon, scrape out the coconut meat inside the shell and add to blender
  4. 1 tsp of Canadian Wild Raw Honey

Blend together until smooth and drink. This is so delicious and filling that I use it as another meal replacement.

Purchase List:

  • 6 Young Coconuts
  • 2 pounds fresh Red Beets
  • 1 medium size Zucchini
  • 1 small Butter Nut Squash
  • 1 large bag of baby carrots
  • 1 wedge Cheddar Cheese aged 2 years
  • ½ pound Raw organic cashews
  • 2 Lollipops (just in case I can’t fight my sugar cravings)

 

6:00 – 6:30 pm

  1. Wash and cut veggies that I bought earlier at Valley Produce for dinner.
  2. Broil/grill 4 oz serving size of Wild Salmon

7:00 pm Dinner Time

  1. Take 2 each digestive enzymes Q Digest and Q Digestase before meal
  2. Eat slowly and chew your food
  3. Take 2 each HCL and Activator after meal

7:00 pm Stomach Complex as tea with 1 tsp of Canadian Wild Honey. It’s calming and wonderful for strengthening my stomach.

Might take in a movie… It’s going on my second week so the smell of popcorn shouldn’t make me feel like I’m depriving myself. I’ll take some baby carrots and remember to chew quietly.

10 pm Prepare for bed

  1. Brush and floss teeth
  2. Take 1 probiotic and DHA capsule
  3. Medi Magma Bath in Hot water in my tub for 30 minutes
  4. Apply Sesame oil on skin after bath
  5. Take 5 drops of melatonin
