miaIf you see me for nutrition consulting, you know I recommend 20-30 minutes of exercise daily.  I want to make this a reality by offering complimentary exercise sessions to help you reach your personal wellness/fitness goals.

Join me every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (noon to 12:30pm), and Thursday evenings (5-5:30pm).  Learn exercise sequences that you can do daily to improve your physique and health.  These simple and effective exercises will create long lean muscle mass as well as restore flexibility long-term.  Movement is the master key to anti-aging!
