Fitness Arts is a multifaceted center, including an M.D. on staff, offering comprehensive health and wellness products in nutrition utilizing protocols and Quantum-Rx "living source" nutraceuticals by Dr. Robert Marshall and his company Premier Research Labs. Fitness Arts also offers acupuncture, tui na, Yamuna® Body Logic, massage and is dedicated to teaching a variety of highly effective modalities and exercise techniques inspired by Pilates, yoga, wrestling, body mechanics, kickboxing, martial arts and other alternative fitness systems.
Our facility, located in the northwest Chicago suburbs, offers classes, workshops, and personalized sessions for all levels ranging from introductory classes for beginner students to teacher training for experienced instructors.
