6:00 am:

I start most of my Sundays with a Mini Liver/Gallbladder Flush.

I set out my Blender, olive oil, and tomato juice the night be

fore. I set my alarm at 6 am to get to my kitchen and drink my mix. Use a straw. It’s easier that way. I go back to bed for couple of hours. A word of caution: if you eat or become too active, you will feel nauseous so go back to bed! If you absolutely can’t sleep, read or watch TV in bed and limit your activity. For more info……

 

8:00 am:

  1. Awake…
  2. Eye Exercises
  3. Decide who I want to ‘be’ today… Loving… Kind… Helpful… Positive… Relaxed…
  4. Exercise: 5 minutes on the rebounder, side bends for my waist line – 100 x, Hand exercises – Open/Close 100 x

 

8:30 am:

  1. Weigh myself
  2. Brush and floss my teeth..
  3. Take my Probiotics and DHA which sits next to my toothbrush.
  4. Step on my Foot Savers while I brush my teeth.
  5. Dress for comfort.
  6. Drink 8-12 oz of water with 1 tbs of Galactin.
  7. Go for a bike ride

 

Make my waters to sip all day — 4 liters

  1. Nano’s (I premix these)1 tsp each Co Q Quinol, DHLA, SNGT (Optional)2 tsp each Max Stress B, LND and GBND
  2. 1 tsp Pink Salt and Water (Electrolytes)
  3. Greens Mix Water (Vitamins and minerals)1 tsp Greens Mix Powder, 1 drop Peppermint oil (Optional)
  4. Plain pure water

Make my meal replacement shake – add to my Magic Bullet cup/container and mix . I drink about half and save the other half for a mid morning snack

  • 5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of Organic almond milk
  • 1 raw Organic Cage Free egg
  • 1 tsp EFA Oil
  • 1 tsp Flax Oil
  • 3 drops of D3
  • ¼ cup Brooming Powder
  • Water to fill to top of container
    • Take my morning supplements (week 3 is the detox so start taking 6 capsules of Gallbladder complex (3/2x daily) to open up the billiary ducts and 2 tsp of Gallbladder Nano Detox in 6 oz water before bedtime to soften any stones I might have)

 

Make my pH balancing drink – Mix and drink

  1. ½ tsp Coral Legend
  2. 1 oz Aloe Drink
  3. ¼ to ½ cup of Orange Juice

 

9:30-10:00 am

If weather permits, it outside and enjoy the beneficial rays of the sun.

Best time to receive optimal benefit from the sun is between 7-10 am.

 

Between 10:00 am and noon

Coffee enema

 

12:00 PM Lunch

It is very important that you eat lunch as you will become very hungry and that can cause you to make poor food choices.

Make my coconut drink:

  1. Cut the top off of the Young Coconut
  2. Pour the coconut water into a blender
  3. Use a strong spoon, scrape out the coconut meat inside the shell and add to blender
  4. 1 tsp of Canadian Wild Raw Honey

Blend together until smooth and drink. This is so delicious and filling that I sometimes use as another meal replacement. It is the perfect blend of proteins, fats and carbs and very filling and very tasty.

Salad:

  • 2 Cups of Organic Green Salad Mix
  • 2 soft boiled eggs
  • 1 oz aged cheddar cheese
  • Sliced carrots, cucumbers, apples, cashews
  • Herbs and spices to taste
  • Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar

Take my digestants, HCL and HCL Activator

 

5:30 pm Go for a short bike ride to boost energy, reduce appetite, and strengthen my heart

 

6:30 pm Dinner Time

  1. Take 2 each digestive enzymes Q Digest and Q Digestase before meal
  2. Eat slowly and chew your food
  3. Take 2 each HCL and Activator after meal

 

Japanese restaurant:

4 pieces of fatty tuna Sashimi

4 pieces of Salmon Sashimi

2 pieces of Scallops

Miso Soup

Seaweed Salad

Cucumber Salad

Green Tea

10:00 pm — Prepare for bed

  1. Make my pH balancing drink – Mix and drink
  1. Brush and floss teeth
  2. Take 1 probiotic and DHA capsule
  3. Apply Sesame oil on skin after shower
  4. Take 5 drops of melatonin
