Blend drinks longer for creamier mixture.  If it’s too thick, dilute with water or ice.  Some people can’t or won’t drink a lot and will need less water.

Basic Recipe

  • 1 cup filtered water, coconut water, coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk.
  • 1 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • Apples, kiwi, pears, berries, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, mango, pineapple, melon (organic if possible; if not, peel or soak the fruit to get rid of toxins).
  • 1-2 scoops NutriClear (supports the body’s elimination of harmful substances while compensating for nutritional deficiencies).
  • 1-2 scoops Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 scoop NitroGreens (provides organic minerals, chlorophyll and sprouted enzymes).
  • 1 teaspoon Potassium-HP with Magnesium (alkalizing agent, keeps the bowels open).
  • 1-3 teaspoons of coconut oil, flax oil, Mixed EFAs or EFA Oil Blend.
  • 1 tablespoon of flax or chia seeds.
  • Handful of raw almonds to make the shake creamy and holds ingredients in suspension.
